Session Options
You will receive a 15-30 minute Postural Assessment to identify your pain area(s) and restrictions. Following this, you will have a 45 minute customized massage based on your assessment.
For new clients and returning clients who have not had a session within the last 3 months.
Experience a 60 minute customized deep tissue massage to address problem areas like frozen shoulder, sciatic nerve pain, and post-surgery recovery.
For returning clients who have had 3 or more Structure One sessions.
Experience a 90 minute customized deep tissue massage tailored to your progress from previous sessions and pain reduction goals.
For returning clients who have had 5 or more Structure sessions.
Experience a 120 minute customized deep tissue massage offering extended time for comprehensive and targeted attention to problem areas.
This is exclusive to black card holders or clients with 6+ months of continuous structural sessions.

This session is for clients who are 18 and under. Child must be accompanied by parent for the entire appointment.

Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all my clients, I have established the following policies for cancellations and no-shows:Cancellation: Please provide at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee that will be charged at your next session.
